How do I pay rent online?▼
You can pay rent through the resident portal using ACH or debit card. Sign in to your account or contact the leasing office for an invite. Autopay is available and recommended.
How do I submit a maintenance request?▼
Use the form below to submit a non-emergency request. For emergencies (active leak, no heat in winter, no A/C in summer, lockout, gas leak) call our 24-hour line immediately at (888) 656-6253.
When is rent due?▼
Rent is due on the 1st of each month. A 5-day grace period applies before late fees are assessed. ACH payments take 1–3 business days to clear — please plan accordingly.
Can I have pets?▼
It depends on the property. Look for the paw-print icon on your listing, or check your lease addendum. Most pet-friendly homes accept cats and dogs with a refundable deposit and monthly pet rent.
How do I renew my lease?▼
We email renewal offers 60 days before the end of your lease term. If you don’t see one, reach out and we’ll resend. Most leases renew for 12 months with updated terms; month-to-month options are available.
Who do I contact about my Section 8 voucher?▼
For voucher paperwork or inspection scheduling, contact your Public Housing Agency directly. For property-level questions (lease, maintenance, etc.), contact our leasing office at info@noblerockholdingsllc.com.
What if I have a complaint that isn’t resolved?▼
We take every concern seriously. Start with your property manager, then escalate to our Director of Property Operations. Most issues are resolved within 48 hours.
